All orders are packed and shipped from Markham, Canada.
Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated on the website or announcement bar. During launches, holidays, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when applicable).
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and Chit Chats.
International Shipping
Fade Dept. ships worldwide.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Fade Dept. is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
