A quick note about how I do things here.

You've probably noticed shipping getting more expensive everywhere, and some shops adjusting for it. Here's where Fade Dept. stands: free shipping isn't going anywhere. Use the pop up code whenever you want, on whatever you want. I'd rather you be happy with your order than pad my own margins, even if that means I keep only a tiny profit. Fade Dept. is about spreading the culture, not squeezing money out of you.

It's one person behind this brand. I make your laces and ship them, usually the next day.

And if a pair ever breaks, just reach out. We'll figure it out. I almost never need your broken laces back :) 

Wear Hard. Fade Slow.
